Respected Swamiji, I am following a vegetarian diet, but in my work place most of the people are non veg. Usually i am taking lunch with them, but i dont like it. In my home also i am facing the same situation. Is there any sin if i am taking food with them. Should i take my food alone. Please help me.

What you consume becomes you, but what your neighbor eats only affects him. Vegetarianism is a great habit, but there is no need to alienate yourself from your colleagues or family for it. Hari Om.
