Respected swamiji….I felt lonely many times in my life but i have managed it somehow. Now i am 28 feel like i can’t manage it anymore. I am tired of getting hurt in my life. Everyday i think about death. I don’t have courage to do suicide. I am tired of motivating encouraging myself. Nothing is working anymore .No one is going to loose anything after my death. I have read if I keep on thinking about something ,that will happen in our life. From last 2 years the only thing i think about is death. Will it come to me quickly?

To become depressed to this level shows you should have very strong thoughts and intense emotions. Only problem is, they are in the wrong direction. “Motivating” to live means you are like a kid looking for rewards for living. Instead, you have to feel inspired to live. And you don’t live for anyone else but yourself. Get out of this mode of self pity that is driving you. “I am hurt, I am not wanted, no one will lose with my death” are all statements that show your intense desire to live, not die. Not to be hurt, to be wanted and to be missed, are things you have to make happen to yourself. And that will happen by living with all your intensity and vibrance spreading the fragrance of what a wonderful person you are!!! My prayers are with us. To fall down is ok, but it is a crime not to stand up again. Try to get up and walk, then run. Hari Om.
