Respected Swamiji, what i am going to tel you is repeatedly happening in my life. at work am in admin dept and i will be giving suggetion for improving the smooth functioning of the office and taking initative in implementing favourable rules for the staff etc.. if i say that to my senior whom i am reporting, he will take it as easy to me and he himself fully motivating with my words and giving it for approval from higher authority without intimating my involment and getting it implemented and adding into his achivements and am with nil effect.no one will know that its started/originated from me and he will be seen as few steps above all of us. same incidents happens at home also. request you to please tel what is the actual cause of such incidents and how to go ahead in future involments. awaiting for your valuable reply. with prayers hari ohm. shobha
