Respected Swamiji, I am a short tempered person who flares up easily andthen talk rudely to people. Afterwards I feel bad and experience a guilt conscience. How can i get rid of this habit. What is the ‘prayashitham’ I can do towards people whom i have hurt. Balagopal

Dear Balagopalji,
The best repentance is sincerely apologizing to those who suffered from your short temper.
You have to do Sadhana and do auto suggestions that ‘I am truly peaceful. I can handle any situation peacefully’.
Always visualize yourself as a charming personality.
If you practise this for fifteen days, you can see the tremendous change in yourself.
