Respected Swamiji I am writing this message under emotion. Please pardon me if I m bothering you too much. I am married since last 13 years. Even though my husband at times is very much loving he spoils everything with his anger. He gets angry on very small things and never understands the point of view of mine. Because of his anger I sometimes agree to what he says even though I don’t mentally agree with his opinion or say logically he is not correct. In every small point he will find a fault even though there is no fault of mine. He will just generalize everything and talk just whatever comes to his mind. Sometimes it becomes very much disturbing. I tried very hard for all these years and can say only for my daughter I agreed to all whatever he said and taken everything lightly. Now my patience are getting lost as the words being used by him are always very much hurting. He reads too many spiritual books or he will listen to satsangs but when it comes to actually implement in his own life, he behaves just like a person with no knowledge. I visit your website mostly everyday also listen to your satsang. I have tried taking all this with a prasada buddhi as you always say. But sometimes it becomes very difficult for me. Please help me in getting out of this. I am very sorry as I am bothering you too much with my personal problem. But I need your help.

Only when we go through problems and difficulties we realise our weakness. Now you should start practicing meditation I mean before you go to sleep you should sit in a straight posture closs your eyes and take deep breath then you should say ” am smile ( smile in your mind ) am laugfter ,am strong and I can replace all irritating thoughts into smiling thoughts . Look at your husband as if you are looking at a child .practice this every day morning then when you see your husband in the morning say look good .this statement will force him to behave properly .
