Our subconscious mind is more powerful than the conscious mind.
Whatever thought the conscious mind repeats will pass as an instruction to the subconscious mind and it will obey it blindly.
So, any auto suggestion can influence your mind and hence life positively or negatively.
You have to be very careful with the message you give to yourself and others.
