Respected Swamiji, I understand that Upasana ends where Knowledge happens. But some spiritual leaders who are supposed to have reached the goal,are still doing yagas and yajnas.Will you please explain why this happens?

In Geetha Bhagavan says, common people follow what great men practise.
So, great people practise even though they do not require it.
