Respected Swamiji, These days am seeing some blogs in which Hinduism has been mostly criticised by the caste system it follows. I would like to clarify with you whether any of our scriptures really mentions this caste system and instructs us to follow the same. I do know that Manu script mentions some rules which we are not following as of now, but really curious to know more on this from you. -Pradeep.

All our scriptures state that Caste system is concerned with the quality of our mind.
A mind with lethargy and laziness is SHUDRA, with selfishness is VAISHYA; with inquisitiveness is KSHATRIYA; and which understands and experiences the higher spiritual energy is BRAHMANA!
