Saadar Pranamam,Swamiji. My mother introduced me to your programmes in Asianet and Surya. She as well as my aunt were superstitious about many things. But after hearing your prabhashanam they have been able to shed many of their superstitious beliefs and come to realise what truly is the way to pray and the right way to lead our lives. The examples that you give to explain are so true to life making it very easy for people to relate and understand.I have started recommending my friends and relatives to watch your programme and thus gain knowledge about the invaluable truths which evades human mind.Thank you once again for your tireless efforts in helping us.What should be our attitude towards our suffering and those of others. Why is suffering so painful and what is its purpose.

Dear Nimmi,
Thank you for your good remarks. I sincerely appreciate your efforts in inspiring others for watching the programs.
If you observe nature closely, you will see that every thing is cyclic in nature.
Like a sine wave, there is rise and fall in life.
It says, happiness is good for your body and unhappiness or suffering is good for your mind.
That means, without Santhapam or misery, you can not get exhausted with the worldly bondages and divert your focus to the Lord!
Suffering is an inner feeling when a weak mind expects something and it gets the unexpected. When you train the mind (through Sadhana) to accept whatever you get as God’s prasadam there will be no suffering.
To truly help others in their suffering, you need to be a living example!
Regular Sadhana helps you to attain that mental strength!
HariOm!
