Dear Krishnakumar,
Whatever comes in our life is the reaction of an action. You can not claim reaction(result) as soon as you do the action. Some results will take time like how cancer cells develop in a human body. So Karma and Karmaphalam are the two sides of a coin and you have no right to control the result. But youu have the right either on your action or your attitude towards the reaction.
