Dear Shaji,
When your mind is interested in Knowledge. you are in Sathya Yuga.
When the mind is interested in entertainment (from out side environment) it is Threta Yuga.
When the mind is inspired to do or participate in activities, it is in Dwapara Yuga.
When the mind refuses change itself, it falls into Kali Yuga.
(Read Bhagavatham 12th canto, 3rd chapter).
