Rebirth is not decided by the body, but the mind.
Your quality of the mind decides how fast you manifest through another body.
It is like after sleep, at what time do you get up?
If you continue your sleep unconsciously or semi consciously you have to wait for more time to wake up.
If you wake up promptly, after deep sleep, that shows you are disciplined and this alone will decide how fast your mind will take another body.
