swami. i am having confusion about spirituality and devotion. I used to listen to your speeches when i have any stress or other problems and listening to you give strength and knowledge. But you know these new technology has positive and negative effects. i am not blaming anybody . one of my friend told me about sadguru and meditation and i started doing sambhavi mudra ,om chanting and stuff. But i was not able to concentrate at all. And when i lsten to his speeches he said there is no need for devotion if you do pranayamas and stuff ,dont beg or cry to god,you are stupid if you cry and pray and stuff. My friend who recommended me to this meditation is Christian. She is devotee of sadguru and shiva. She said she got blissfulness when she meditate. I am in usa now. i met you when you came here. i was devotee of chakkulathu devi and i think i cannot disregard that belief. when i listen to sadguru i feel shiva is my god,sometimes krishna,then devi. i think the confusion started since i started meditation and i go crazy.i stopped meditation since i get more stress after that. can you please advise me. ? what should i do? i know there is only one god and all prayers and belief go to him. but i dont know what happened. Our grandparents doesnt do meditation or yoga. They had pure dedication and prayers. . please advice. swamiji
