Swamiji, at the Sreemat Bhagawatam session at Dadar you gave the need for Manas to be merged with Atma to come out of Karmic life. Now the question is how do you identify the manas, is it the mind/thought which pour in , how to recognise the consciousness and how the process of Allighnment takes place. Steps, procedures and process if any.. please elucidate for benefits of senior citizen who have concrete wrong notions on this .

Dear Narayanji,
Please understand, the mind is consciousness; that means, with the mind alone, you can be aware of anything.
For example, when you see something, if you like it, your mind will fully involve or merge with that.
You will be completely conscious of that.
Similarly, think what is consciousness, and just try to become aware of the consciousness with your conscious mind.
That means, become aware of your own self.
Then you are merging with God, who is the conscious energy in every one.
HariOm!
