Spirituality means living life to the fullest, but not in a material sense. It is knowing the very nature of life and going through the experiences with calm and poise. That is “fullness”. Now about having luxuries…..it depends on what your attitude to your possessions are. If you think you have it all or it belongs to you…..you are mistaken. Every moment should be lived with the awareness that it is a blessing given to you and hence entrusts in you, the responsibility of providing the less privileged. This applies to all kinds of wealth, titles, power, knowledge, skills etc. A lot of extremely rich and powerful people are like Sanyasis in their heart. Meaning, they don’t assume ownership for what they have and use their wealth, skill and power to help others in need all the time. That is how spiritual fullness can be attached to any luxury given to you. Hari Om.
