Prarabdakarma represents a portion of your karmic storage that triggers each birth. You have to live it off with good thoughts and deeds. You don’t need to look at it as suffering, though the word translates to “burden”. When you finish your prarabdakarma, or the amount of action you needed to perform here, the athma leaves this body to continue its journey. Hari Om.
