The sloka you mentioned is containing these words but I think you must be referring sloka 10 insted of 16.
In that sloka Krishna talks about the positive attitude while doing all our works.
If the mind is not enjoying or involving (asmartha) then one has to develop an attitude of devotee who does every thing to please the Lord (madartham)
