Swamiji, Hari Om Swamiji, for the past several years children used to come to learn Bhagavat Geeta from competition point of view. But now things are different. Children and their parents are keen to acquire Self-Knowledge. i am very fortunate that the Lord has entrusted the task of sharing whatever little i have understood. Thanks to your lectures that i have been able to attend. What started as only memorising and teaching the slokas for the sake of competition held every year by Chinmaya Mission, inspired to unfold the meaning to bring about and transformation to the better. About 11 years ago, when i started reading Bhagavat Geeta and teach my child to chant the same, my family members were against it, but i was determined to learn it as in those trying times also just chanting a sloka without knowing the meaning gave me solace and the courage to put up with the situation. (Now when i look back, i clearly understand the meaning of swalpamapyasya dharmasya traayathe mahatho bhayaat. Now,by Lord Krishna’s Grace and inspiration of guide and Gurus like you, a group of youngsters (college students- age group from 16 to 20 years) have agreed to learn The Bhagavat Geeta. i am about to start the class soon during weekends. i understand it is a great task entrusted by the Lord. i seek your blessing.
