Swamiji , how one can attain a balanced mind??
Posted by Dr Bindu on March 20, 2017
To move to a balanced mind you need to identify what creates the imbalance in your mind? Imbalance happens because you attach your emotions or ego to your experiences. Instead, if you can understand experiences come and go, and you need to involve in each only to the extend that is needed, without entangling yourself, you develop a “sakshi” bhavam or the mindset of a witness. When you are a witness you will have more clarity about the situation. The clarity allows you to employ your Budhi to deal with the situation in the most effective way. Practice meditation and silence to reduce abrupt, unwanted reactions and unnecessary talks. Stay away from people who are not a positive addition to your existence. Above all limit your interference in places not needed. Hari Om.
