Swamiji, How to overcome Fear of Death & Fear of Failures in LIfe….?
Posted by A.C.BABU on August 23, 2016
Bhagavad Gita clearly says what is now here was always there, and will always be. The subtle (sookshma) form of your self attains a body and becomes the grossly visible you, only to return to its subtle form again. This is an ongoing process until you purify your self to reach the divine self. So if you were always there, and will always be there, death is just like changing old clothes to put on new ones (Athma moves from the old body to a new one). Understanding that will get rid of the fear of death.
Life is a journey of ups and downs. Just as successes happen failures are inevitable. Every failure should be looked upon as an opportunity to learn, correct and move on. The attitude towards a failure is what determines its gravity. If you take it as a stepping stone to move to bigger heights you will not fear your failures. Try applying this principle to life and you will be able to handle it much easily. Hari Om.
