Dear Ashwin,
Never worry about what others expect, but relax and work well. That means, focus on your work only, later on you can see your boss will recoginse your dedication and quality of work.
Never worry unnecessarily, it will affect not only your perfection, but also you may commit mistakes because of tension. Remember, today’s performance determines tomorrow’s appreciation.
