Dear Manoj,
For getting children, surrender your mind to the Lord.
The more you worry, the more your mind becomes tensed.
A tensed mind can not produce powerful sperms. That is what is said in our puranas, that before conceiving, you should take penance.
A strong mind alone can give life to a healthy child. So do your Japam and meditation regularly.
God will express through you, with a nice child.
