Dear Ashish,
All bad habits result from the indulgence of our senses in search of pleasure.
When we overdo it, it becomes destructive to our body and mind.
For example, eating a lot of sweets can make us sick.
Only with true will power, we can over power the influence of sensory temptations.
Attend Satsangs, read good books, talk to great people and do meditation.
You will reach the right path.
HariOm!
