Swamiji, I am a 22 year old pursuing higher education. My question is that what are some of the legitimate pleasures that one should enjoy in student life ? Engaging in what kind of activities, will pave the way for supreme realisation later in life ? Is it important to have social interaction, or will it just be a cause of entanglement? Sorry for this very vague question. I think I want to be engaged with society, but not in a frivolous way, rather in a way that would promote spiritual development also. What is the way for this ?

Dear Arunji,
Practise Pranayama (deep breathing exercises, chanting very long AUM 11 times and keep mind in deep silence.
I can gurantee you that you will be transformed divinely.
When you practise as I said, you will be properly guided by God through your inner guidance.
HariOm!
