Your first sentence throws light on a difficult situation the Hindu community faces today. Most of our people, especially mothers, who should be teaching our children have no knowledge of our scriptures. In olden days, our family structure always had elders to teach and guide the children. We don’t have an organized religious education either. I hope this letter will make every devotee think, how we can study and spread the principles and message of Hinduism to the younger generation. On your second sentence, let me congratulate you. There is no age/time to study the scriptures. You are blessed that you have a longing to know. Most people don’t even develop that. Read books, watch videos on youtube, participate in Satsangs and classes, and you will be on track soon. My blessings are with you that you can study and teach others too. Hari Om.
