When you breath you know that the breath is coming from the air outside.
The air can exist at two levels – one is inside and second is at outside.
However they are not two, any time they can merge together.
In the same way there is Infinite consciousness existing behind you mind.
Through meditation you can unite it for ever. This is called God realization.
