swamiji, i am in 12th standard. What is life after death? Is there any proof for new birth after death?

Dear Raghav,
I appreciate your inquisitiveness to know more about our subtle life.
Being a 12th Standard student you must have studied that nothing in this world is destroyed.
Similarly, at the time of death the body is transformed to panchabutha and the mind (jeevatma or conscious energy ) takes another birth.
Everyday when you wake up, the age of your body has changed but the behaviour, culture and attitude continue to be the same unless you consciously change.
The mind can take different bodies. if you analyse your dreams, you can understand this.
The life after death is decided by the quality of life which you developed now.
