Swamiji, I am learning Bhagavatgita by my own. I have question. In Sanghya yoga 24th sloka states that we can’t realize soul(Atma) by sense organs or mind. If it is so, how will we able to realize the soul? I am a guy who is doing yoga as well. In yoga there is something called koormanadi. It is nothing but a meditation method in which we observe our respiration. By this was we can open our paeniel gland(third eye). So this sloka and the yoga theory made me confused. I welcome your answer regarding this. Thank you

If your breath is taken away your body and yourbeing falls apart. They are not together anymore. You know your breath is affected by your thoughts and you can manage your thoughts by consciously observing your breath. In yoga, you utilize the kurma nadi (sub Prana) to create a space between your bodily identification and your true self. Once you understand how your soul is tied to your body, you can consciously untie it, just like you remove clothes from your body. Hari Om.
