Swamiji, I can’t forgive a specific person only that person and I don’t know what he has done wrong to me..I do pranayama and meditation on a daily basis…I can’t identify the problem…every other person I can accept and forgive…but this one person I can’t..I have even started doing good deeds for him….but still I get irritated or angry soon by his single word…I am generally cool to all other people. And I hear ur videos too…please help me sort out this problem…what else I have to do so that I can be comfortable with him

You carry a grudge or a hatred to someone only because you feel you are justified in doing so. What you don’t realize is, it is only a limitation or weakness of your own personality, which destroys the harmony within yourself. There is a saying “to err is human…. to forgive is divine”. When you refuse to forgive, understand you are moving away from Divinity. More importantly, if you hate someone without a reason, or not knowing why, you are just projecting some wrong emotion from somewhere else on him, which is absolutely wrong. You have to promise yourself that you will not get angry at him for anything. Even when you are irritated, don’t blurt out or react. Just try that alone for two weeks and write back to me. Hari Om.
