Swamiji – I would humbly seek your advice of my present situation / turmoil that I am going through, in my present organization we have few changes as part of it our present GM has requested me to elevate myself to the a new role and interact with the hierarchy, I did refrain earlier to support one of my colleague who has been a new task to head a department, since he has not got the post confirmed he feels that I am threat to him, which infact we had few arguments with regards to decision which I have justified my standings and with GOD’s grace my justification proved right. Its unfortunate that he has targeted by penalizing few sincere staff’s in his department who are close to me, no information should reach me, wherein I don’t elevate to management and secondly few of his allies are looking for my exit as well, which they are working to. With the above i do have guilty feeling that those who were sincere are only being penalized because of me which is no fault of their’s, now my prayers are to get the team to their role, knowing that they are demoralized with the changes. Meanwhile one of my old bosses has requested me to offer a new role in his establishment which he presently joined, advise me what should I do here stay here to support the team who are very much sincere to the organization or move. Till now I have not got the offer, but he is constant contact that any time his HR will contact and I need to perform and move with him. Here I would seek your guidance, do I continue in this existing organization or move to the new one if I get the offer.
