Swamiji, If happiness is a state of mind so is “AANANDA” but how come when we are in the state of aananda we are out of this happiness or sorrow
Posted by Jayasankar on April 22, 2009
Dear Jayasankar,
Happiness and sorrows are pairs of opposit experiences. But Anandam is a feeling of the
mind when it can balance with experiences ie., happiness and sorrow are two ends of a pole.
When the pole is balanced then you are at Ananda. Then for you, all experiences are balanced.
