Swamiji, Im 27 yrs. Unmarried. My mind is full of lustful toughts. Im wasting many hrs a day for this. Im not able to concentrate on my carrier nor spiritual life. Im unhappy with myself for this. Even if i read spiritual books like Bhagvat Geeta i just miss the link after 1 week or so and same old pattern continues. For past 10 -12 yrs i hve been going through this. Have heard many of your discourses which gives power but again old pattern continues. I dont know what to do.

Dear Sameerji,
Understand, lust is not a sin. It is natural and life supporting.
It becomes a sin when it dominates your mind and steals your peace. It is a good sign that you are not distracted too much and can come back to your centered nature very often.
If you observe keenly, you can see that your mind will be free from lust, when you have any sort of severe physical pain or mental fear or any emergency situations.
That means, your mind is not entertaining any lustful thoughts at that time.
If you can avoid visualizing and entertaining lustful thoughts by consciously engaging your mind in creative work, tiring physical work, games etc. you will become free from it.
Satwik food, Yoga, Meditation and keeping company of spiritual people will help you.
When your mind shifts its focus from your body and unites with the Lord, lust becomes divine love.
HariOm!
