Swamiji its been a long time since I messaged you. Now I am in a serious problem Swamiji. I am social and friendly person to everyone and i enjoy my life too. But the problem now I am facing is that my mother is continuously forcing me for getting married. I can’t blame her as it is usual from the side of a mother having a 27year old daughter. In order to make her tension free, i will see photos of people in the matrimonial id she had registered for me. but the main problem is that I don’t like any of them. Or more correctly I would say I can’t imagine any one of them as my husband. I think I can’t live a life other than sticking to my Bhagavan, Bhagavatam, Geetha etc. Last vijayadasami when I opened Bhagavatam, I got the page of Rasakreeda. I am in a critical condition Swamiji. So for the past few days when she talk about this subject i will get irritated and angry.Today she scold me a lot for the same. What can I do Swamiji..? Is it my problem? Hari Om..

A lot of great Rishis were householders too. Marriage is not for everyone, nor is Sanyas. It is a conscious choice you need to make. Marriage is not a hindrance for you to continue your spiritual journey. In fact, life should be looked upon as a Sadhana in Bhagavan’s service, no matter with or without marriage. Meditate on this thought sincerely and the answer will come to your mind. My prayers are with you. Hari Om
