All actions good and bad will be added to one’s karmic wealth/burden. The negativity of your actions will create such an impression that your mind will choose very miserable births in future lives. You will need to suffer through those experiences and improve or the cycle will continue. Hinduism does not believe Bhagavan punishes you, in fact you will punish yourself for all your wrong doings.
