Swamiji, koti koti pranamam.I read katopanishat explained by “Mrudanandaji” recently. It is quiet attractive and I was fascinated by many slokas. I am trying to by-heart some slokas. Could you please explain me the word “katom”

Kathopanishad is embedded in the last short eight sections of the Kaṭha school of the Yajurveda. Katha (Sanskrit: कठ) literally means “distress”. Katha is also the name of the sage, credited as the founder of the Katha school/ branch of the Krishna Yajur-veda. Hari Om.
