Swamiji, My mother is worried about her old parents and has tensions regarding them. She keeps telling me about her tensions that was taking toll over me that one day I told her not to discuss these topics with me and go solve tensions by herself. I live so far away from her and could no longer deal with those tensions, everyday problems. I felt bad after saying all those because I knew she just wanted to share her problems or worries. But this has been going on for a very long time. Please advice me what to do not to feel guilty and how to help her. What advice can I give her even though I know she is angry or sad with the way I responded…

You have to soothe her otherwise your own guilt will punish you more.
You may call her or write to her and tell her to think about how to keep herself happy.
Together you can think about how to face such difficult situations with a balanced mind.
Instead of sharing problems, share solutions to problems.
