Swamiji my question is specifically about worshipping/concentrating on a single divine form(more specific approach) Vs more than one form(as generally most of the people follow). Your comments Please?

Dear Leena, the worship of the God”s form has a clear purpose. Our great Saints/Masters in their experience discovered that the Self is the God and they declared we are not away from God. So in order to experience the God in us we require a concentrated, dedicated and devotional mind. To develop this, you have to worship a particular form of God with a feeling that the divinity existing in the idol is the same divinity that is giving life to me. When the concentration and devotion get deeper and deeper the mind gets purified and then that mind can easily dissolve into the divine experience.
