Swamiji Namaste, Swamiji I am a spiritual person and have read and understood some of the teachings from Vedas, BhagavadGita and also understood some of the teachings from my spiritual gurus and after applying all those teachings in my life, life has become very lite for me, I don’t feel like getting angry, I have developed a great amount of patience, I don’t get worried myself and also I am doing good in family life and profession by enjoying and experiencing every moment of it. Swamiji even though I apply all these teachings in life I am not able to get along with some people in life. (May be 4 or 5 people and these people happen to be my friends / boss in office / wife) The problem is I simply get irritated and cannot tolerate the way they talk( always telling lies and talking about facts that are not true or always asking hypothetical questions), their actions, their ideas(always trying to implement ideas that are proved as failures and giving foolish suggestions which are already proved by someone as wrong), their taste(none of the colours liked by me or food tasted good by me are liked by them and they always critizise me of my tastes and likes.). Etc etc. My question is why should I meet such people in my life and why is it that I am not able to get along with these few people alone. And with these people I get very angry and my hands, legs and whole body will start shivering. Please help me with your advice. Thank you Swamiji

Dear Ajithji,
Happy life is a real flow of mind through good and bad. But unfortunately we get stuck up with certain experiences. If you want to flow smoothly, develop inner strength by practising deep breathing, chanting “Aum” and meditation. Keep a smiling face when you listen to those who irritate you. And tell them “yes”, that will satisfy their ego. Once they feel that you are not an adament man they will listen to you.
