Swamiji…. please advice me about sleeping direction. ie Which is to be placed our head while sleeping? which side is to be avoid while sleeping?

It is advised not to put your head facing the North due to the negative effect of Earth’s gravitational pull. East or Southward is advised. Hari Om.
