Swamiji! Pranamam…. My question is…… How and why did jeevatma get separated from paramatma?

Jeevatma never separates from the Paramatma, but is just an extension of it. Just like wind creates a wave on the surface of the ocean, Prana or cosmic vital force produces a quickening in the inert consciousness. Jeetvatma thus arises from, sustains in and dissolves back into the ocean called Paramatma. Hari Om.
