swamiji pranamam, my son vishnu send one mail to you,he is waiting for your reply swamiji,i want my child to be your devotee.i always tried to make my first son very religious .he is religious but he is always against his father and me because we spoiled his life by not sending him for playing and other activities.he is very sensitive.now he does not talk to his father.but we always supported him to do whatever he want.i dont no what to do.now my second child visnu is totally opposite nature.he himself his advised his brother not to behave like this.i am totally surrendering children on go`s hand.swamiji plz advice me how to make my children godly .pranamam on your feet

Dear Viji,
It seems you were not sensitive enough to see your elders son’s response and reaction to your upbringing. Your over expectations and adamant nature has made him a rebel now.
Do not worry; it is never too late!
Now, he is undergoing a stressful period of his life and studies; he may not be able to handle his emotions in a healthy way.
Be patient; do not try to give advices.
Have a personal conversation with him when he is alone. Tell him that you had only good intentions.
With sincere words, tell him that you are SORRY about the effects it had caused on him.
Tell him that you are also a human being and hence would have taken some wrong methods in moulding him, in spite of your good intentions.
Also, tell him that he is very young and still can participate in all these activities.
Convince him that you love him irrespective of these problems.
If you find it difficult to talk to him, write a letter to him.
Along with this, create a spiritual atmosphere at home. Play soothing bhajans; sit for Namajapam with the entire family.
Invite him to join you, if he doesn’t come initially, do not force him.
He will start participating later.
Do not pass this pressure to your younger son.
Be a patient, gentle and strong mother.
