Dear Jayakumar,
Every person has got a different role to play in his life. According to the situation, we should perform our role, full of inspiration and joy.
When you are an officer, you should be a guide to your subordinate.
When you are a subordinate before your boss, you should be a good listener.
When you are at home, you should be a distributor of happiness.
When you are with friends, you should be a holder of values.
When you are with children you should be a kid.
So wherever you are, there you should prove your presence.
For this you need tremendous inner strength and equipoise. Develop these qualities through Pranayam, Meditation and Study.
