Swamiji thanks so much for your answers. They are really helpful but I don’t know where I am going wrong and why I am not able to make it fully practical in life.i know I should take responsibility of my life but sometimes I get too involved in useless things at workplace.I tried to build a wall in my mind so that the negativity of people at work dont touch me but I am not fully able to do it.My husband tells me to leave my job and take good care of my son and mother ,as he earns much better than me but I tell him I want to be a strong woman who can face the harsh real world but on the inside instead of being stronger and confident I am being more weaker and tensed making me a not so good mother. I am not able to decide if I should leave my job since now it is difficult to get a government job though I know inside that I don’t belong here and leaving this job will make my life much better and comfortable and I think I will be a better person as I am now so caught up with problems at work and fixing it and expecting others to fix it for me that I am not able to see the problems of others around me and sometimes I behave selfishly.Sometimes I feel like I have not behaved tactfully but more emotionally at work and I am not capable if I leave it and escape from difficulties as I know there are many good working mothers. I feel trapped. What would be the wise thing to do in such a situation

Have you thought what would happen if you quit your job and sit at home? You will constantly regret what you lost and will start hating yourself for not having dealt with the situations at work tactfully and courageously. Running away from a situation is never the way to go. You have to limit your interactions with colleagues to be positive always. It does not come easily. Constant practice is needed to stay out of negativity. Even if you slip a few times it is okay, but keep trying. Always bring your mind back to good thoughts, good talk and pleasant presence. Check your progress every week. Learn from your mistakes. You will be surprised how much you advance as time goes by. Be proud that you are working and earning. You want to showcase your strength and power to your child, not your weakness or helplessness. Hari Om.
