Dear Ushaji,
Rama represents the emotional mind and Krishna represents the intelligent higher mind.
Rama is derived from ‘Ramathi’ which means ‘the mind which experiences’ and Krishna is derived from ‘Karshathi’, that which attracts.
Emotional mind pulls us down, and intelligent mind uplifts into divine experinence.
So, surrender your lower mind to the higher mind.
Hari is derived from ‘Harathi’ that means surrender.
