swamiji, what is the meaning of the word “om”?
Posted by Manjusha on March 23, 2018
OM is the primal sound of creation. It is essentially the voice of the Universe or the fundamental vibratory sound in all subatomic particles. It combines AUM and is said to represent creation, sustenance and dissolution. But regular chanting it helps to align our body systems/ chakras and promotes pranic flow. Hari Om.
