Dear Indulekhaji,
Kshetram means the field which has many meaning.
One meaning is, you can take your working place or home which helps your life. Dharma means your positive attitude, that alone unites our homily life and official life.
Many people talk about positive qualities but they practise negative like Kauravas.
Dharma and Kuru (action) should synchronize, then alone it helps us in our progress.
