Swamiji….what mantra can we chant before taking food so that the bad effects of food (if any) vanishes and we remain healthy..Chanting ‘Hari Om’ is enough?

Bhagavad Gita advise you to do all Karmas with “Yagna bhavana” or as an offering to the Divine. Eating food is just the same. The digestive fire in you is the Divine presence. Hence your food is an offering. Chant this mantra….
Brahmarpanam Brahma Havir
Brahmagnau Brahmanaahutam
Brahmaiva Tena Ghantavyam
Brahmakarma Samadhina…….Meaning
The act of offering is God, the oblation is God
By God it is offered into the Fire of God
God is That which is to be attained by him
who performs action pertaining to God.
Hari Om.
