Swamiji, when I chant vishnusahasranamam I cannot get concentration

It is not particularly on Vishnusahasranamam, it is about extended concentration on anything. Concentration should be achieved by constant practice and meditation. You can visualize your Ishtadevata for a few minutes, then a lighted lamp for few minutes, then a lotus flower for few minutes. You will see your mind wanders in the beginning, but by constant practice you will be able to come back to your focus of chanting. Hari Om.
