swamiji when we see a death we never realize it will happen to us also but at each and every movement we are afraid of death ! why is it so?

You have asked a very good question.
In our Scriptures, our being is described as two birds on a tree top.
One is eating the fruits and moving around and the other is sitting peacefully in stillness.
The one who eats is the Jeevathma caught up in the Karma cycle.
The still bird is the ‘unchangeable’ Self.
We unconsciously know that we are the changeless and deathless ‘Chaithanyam’, so we, at the core, feel that death will not happen to us.
But we consciously think we are changing and any thing can happen to us and that causes fear.
When we consciously know that we are the eternal ‘Self’, all fears vanish.
This is truly ‘Mukthi’.
