“NO MIND” can be experienced in many ways.
When you are in the present moment, it is “No Mind” – that is without thoughts!
When a mountaineer climbs up a very dangerous and adventurous cliff, he is in the present moment.
Even in the peak of a sexual union, one reaches that state.
